Selective Licensing in Manchester and Salford

Thank you again for attending our seminar last week. It was great to meet so many of our landlords and put faces to names.

I mentioned the Manchester City Council report which recommended the schemes under consultation. Below you can find the document that sets out the council's reasoning for selecting the areas.

We will inform you when the decision is announced on the schemes proposed for Old Moat, Moss Side and Rusholme, Moston and Charlestown and Lower Kersal. Landlords attend selective licensing seminar with homes4u

Being a landlord these days is not easy. With regularly changing legislation it can be difficult to follow it all.

There could soon be no fewer than eight separate Selective Licensing areas in Manchester and Salford.

After being advised that it is highly likely these schemes will go ahead, we took the decision to organise a free seminar for our landlords.
